I managed to get home on Christmas Day, I actually made a mold of the room key using some of Cherie's Chicken Soap (got the idea from Chicken Run).
Thanks for all the love and support, I had visitors every half hour and my room was decorated to look like Santa's Grotto(in Jewish Hospital...the same one Madonna had her son in)...I was the talk of the ward.

I am not out of the woods yet as I have to take things easy for a couple of weeks(I had total kidney failure and strep pneumonia in right lung, and fluid on both lungs) but I will be keeping an eye on things in these rooms.
I wish you all a very happy and healthy 2002 and remember to value friendships, friends can get you through anything...learn to BELIEVE...and oh yes stock up on cocktails, friends love cocktails too.

Good to see you back!
Sounds like a scary episode that you wouldn't want to repeat. If you feel like things are going backwards in your recovery let me know and I'll send Patsy over to help.

Well dear Sprocket -if you will wear silver shorts on buses on cold nights...
Did you give 'em back to Cherie?
She'll need them for the calendar shoot.
Get well soon.

Mara made me wear those silver pants, and it wasn't the pneumonia that I picked up on the bus.(although there was a lot of heavy breathers, I though they all had asthma!). Cherie will have other things to wear for the calender shots...we have lots of old outfits in the archives.
(some of the stuff has lots of feathers, probably left over from Cherie's Chicken Soap days).
I am getting better by the minute, bring on the Bolly...fill up my drip!!
Adam Sinfull or is it Skinfull
